CANCELLATION POLICIES

- To confirm your reservation, a 20% deposit is required, to be sent by bank transfer within 3 days of the reservation option date.
- Upon arrival it will be; necessary to provide for the balance of the stay. If the period of stay is longer; short of the one booked, will have to; be paid the daily amount including the resources and the number of people for all the days booked.
- By making the reservation the customer accepts the rate indicated in the same, no further discounts will be applied (ACSI, ADAC, etc.);
- The deposit will be; refunded, less 10%, in case of cancellation with a minimum notice of 30 DAYS from the date of arrival;
- This reservation guarantees the seat: the exact location of the seat will depend on; from the areas available at the time of arrival and only then will it come; communicated;
